Hello, I’m Nitin Sharma, Founder of Leadership Regiment.
With an MBA in Strategic Human Resources, over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, and 1.5+ years of experience in Career Coaching, I have built my career around one belief:
People do their best work when they understand themselves, feel supported, and are empowered to lead.
I am a CPHR, SHRM-CP, and AON-HRBP Ready Certified professional, with around 50+ professional certifications spanning HR, leadership, career development, and related areas. My work in career coaching has also been recognized among the Top 15 Career Coaches in Calgary for 2026. ( Influence Digest Media Survey )
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of people, careers, leadership, and organizations - supporting individuals as they navigate career transitions, helping professionals prepare for leadership, and helping organizations strengthen their people’s practices.
